  1. You have to pay for xbox live and because it has the red ring of death or something like that and I dont have enough money to buy a new one.

  2. I don’t like it because I had to go through three of them. First one broke within 2 weeks of purchase, second one failed after 8 months, and the third failed after 6 months. Microsoft wouldn’t know how to make good hardware if they read a Hardware for Dummies book.

My PS3 has not had a single problem for over a year and a half.

My PS2 still works after 8 years.

My N64, Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo, and Nintendo consoles all have worked since God knows when.

A 360 can’t even survive a full year. What kind of horseshit is that?

  3. It’s not that I don’t like it, it’s just the XBox 360 is a barbecue with pretty flashing red lights but without smoke. Whereas the PS3 is a true gaming beast. That’s just the way I look at it. Also the PS3 comes with things such as Wi-Fi that you have to pay more for on a 360 plus have a big dongle sticking out the back.

  4. Ppl that don’t own one pretty much hate it. Other than that, most ppl that buy it enjoy the online features along with the fact that Microsoft is adding more features soon. Everyone’s a critic eh? What can you do. It’s like different flavor ice creams. Some will like vanilla, others won’t.

  5. Because I won it through the X-Box 360/Mountain Dew contest and had to send it back for repairs twice! It never worked right, it had cool games but it just never worked for me without a problem.

  6. I have a friend who is rich.

I like The PlayStation 3. He likes the Xbox 360.

In 2006 we both bought our respective consoles.

Now, in 2009, my friend has five, FIVE (Not even kidding; FIVE) broken Xbox 360s, and I still have ONE working Ps3.

    And besides, it’s just lame.

  7. Its not that I dislike it. They have some great titles. I really like Gears of War and would like to take a crack at Mass Effect. Its just that other than that they don’t have any other exclusive titles that I am dying to play. And when you take into account that they still have not addressed the RROD issue, merely switching it to some different kind off error, it just seems like a waste of money to me. My cousin asks me all the time, “When you going to get an XB360, its so great!”, to which I respond “If its so great, then stop coming over my house to play my PS3 when you have to send yours in!”

    so.

a few good games, expensive but excellent online service, low reliability

vs. established franchises that I’m fanatical over (MGS, God of War), other great exclusives, free and constantly improving online service, outstanding reliability

    which would you choose?

  8. the 360 doesnt deserve to be a Next gen system. Microsoft added a process and updated the graphics chip, its more like an Xbox remix rather than a new system. and it they pretty much failed at creating it since they all break at some point. I think the average life span is 13 months pffff. I have had a ps1, ps2, ps3, and PSP from opening day and never needed to have them fixed. All of them are still working today and getting regular use. My PS2 has gotten almost 100 hours of play in the last 2 weeks.
