  1. The PS3 and PS4 will use the same network, so your PSN ID and your Plus subscription will carry over.

You do NOT need PlayStation Plus to use the PS4. You only need it to play online.

  2. As far as I know, you need a PlayStation Plus subscription for the PS4. There fore the standard PSN account will not work. But there will surely be a mechanism to transfer contents from the old account.

  3. The PS4 is essentially medium-power PC quality in a console. The RAM, CPU, and GPU horsepower allow for extremely realistic lighting/textures/shading in game design and final production. The controller has also been vastly improved (so we’re told) to be better for FPS gaming.

Network speed capability has also been updated to current standards (at least Wireless N, but it’s still faster with an external adapter).

The other key difference is that the hard drive is specifically engineered to be removed and upgraded.

You’ll be able to use the same PSN account.

  4. better graphics the controller will be bigger and have a touch screen will be able to do something with the Vita (i am not sure what it is)

i would say you would have the same account.
